What does your downtime cost you? Our customers have asked for 24/7 support and it's now available for your kmV Systems! With 24/7 remote support we are able to resolve most issues in 1 hour or less. That means less downtime and higher yield.
We are offering 3 different support packages with lower cost of support and faster turnaround. Easy to secure with PO or credit card, you are in good hands with kmV support.

All kmV vision system installations come with free remote support for 30 days following system installation. Exception: Support for new recipe creation beyond the recipe counts allowed for within the project scope will be a chargeable service.
For support requirements beyond 30 days post-installation or outside of normal business hours, kmV offers technical support either on an hour-by-hour basis or at a volume discount pre-purchased rate per the schedule detailed below. Support can be provided via remote system access (where allowed and available by customer facility) or on-site.

Standard Hourly Rate – $200.00 per Hour
Standard Travel Rate – $100.00 per Hour
Min Remote Support Charge – 1 hour
Normal Business Hours – 7:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded)

After-Hours Support: Emergency service is available at twice the hourly rate after normal business hours.
On-Site Training: Pre-purchased hours can be utilized for any on-site training requested beyond the initial training provided with each vision system installation. Pre-purchased hours cannot be applied to travel costs. Travel costs will be billed according to kmV standard policy.
Expiration/Depletion of Pre-Purchased Hours: Pre-purchased hours do not expire. When remaining hours are 2 or less an email notification will be sent.
