The iSight Print and Verify inspection system was engineered to work through the unique challenges associated with Thermal Transfer printing. The turnkey system comes complete with a thermal transfer printer and a single-camera inspection system utilizing our Smart AI vision engine. The system offers printing and 100% verification of thermal transfer printed lot, expiry and date codes; 2D and Barcodes; as well as printing, verification, and logging of label serial numbers.

The iSight Print and Inspect system is a complete solution featuring a thermal transfer printer with Laptop, and a single camera inspection system with an integrated control panel, PC, backup power supply and large touchscreen HMI. It’s easy to deploy (usually within 2 hours), and includes Administrative Controls (password protected), kmV's Secured, Cloud-Based System Backup, and Built-in Remote Access for remote service.

The vision system's 32`` wide screen touchscreen allows access to vision system software, view live inspection streams, adjust vision tools, view live and previous run logs. Printing software is conroled through the accompanying laptop.

kmV can supply our standard thermal transfer printer or we can install your perfered printer. If you're supplying the printer, we'd need to have a printer in hand during the build process to ensure success.

Easy Access Control panel
Each Print and Inspect system comes with rolling enclosure complete with control panel and UPS. The wheels can be easily locked down to prevent movement once the system is where you need it.
