iSight Case Inspector
Inspections for Cases, Cartons and Kit Packs
The iSight Case Inspector utilizes 1 to 2 cameras to identify and reject improperly filled cases, cartons and kitpacks. Errors detected include missing or too many products, improperly oriented products and products with the wrong color cap. An additional inspection can be added to verify the product is being placed in the proper case. The system can also detect high bottles and improper flap positions - preventing potential jamming and shutting down the line.
